First, Let’s Meet!
First, let’s meet. Every great story starts with a conversation. We’ll hop on a relaxed call to get to know each other, dive into your vision, and see if our energies align. This is a no-pressure space for you to ask questions and share the “why” behind your day. My goal is to make sure you feel completely at ease before we ever pick up a camera.

Contract + Deposit
Locking in your date. Once you’ve decided to move forward, I’ll send over a digital contract and deposit details. Your booking is officially confirmed once the paperwork is signed and the deposit is received. This ensures my full focus and creative energy are reserved exclusively for your celebration.

Planning Guide / Prep
Deepening the story. Once your date is officially in the calendar, I’ll send over a series of thoughtful questions designed to dive deeper into your vision and your story as a couple. This isn’t just about logistics; it’s about understanding the heartbeat of your day. By knowing what matters most to you, I can ensure every frame I capture feels natural, meaningful, and true to who you are.

OMG, It’s the big day!
The wait is over. The day has finally arrived, and everything you’ve envisioned is unfolding in real time. My role is to be a calm, steady presence, quietly and naturally capturing the story as it happens. I’m not there to direct your day, but to document the magic, the nerves, and the joy of it all as it truly is.

Photo Delivery
Your story, preserved. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a curated preview to relive the first few moments of your day. Over the following 4–6 weeks, I’ll carefully edit and craft your full collection. Your final gallery is delivered in a private online space ,a digital archive where your story comes back to life, ready for you to revisit for a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions
We always send a couple of sneak peeks within the first couple of days after our time together. Then for adventure sessions full galleries will be delivered between 2 – 4 weeks. For Elopements full galleries will be ready within 4– 6 weeks.
Our timeframes are slightly higher than the average photographer as we travel a lot for work and we hand edit each photo with care. Our Videos are delicately pieced together. All of this is in order to tell your story as honestly, authentically and artistically as possible – this takes time but it’ll be worth the wait!
I recommend enquiring as early as possible, as I only take on a limited number of weddings each year and work on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular dates (especially weekends and peak season) are often booked well in advance, so it’s best to get in touch as soon as you have a date in mind.
A date is only secured once a contract has been signed and the booking fee has been paid. Until then, I’m unable to hold dates.
I also don’t share details about other enquiries for the same date, so everything is handled fairly and in the order it comes in. If you feel we’re a good fit, the next step is to arrange a call and move things forward when you’re ready.
Yes, every image you receive is carefully hand-edited by me. I go through each photo with intention, making sure your gallery feels cohesive, refined, and true to your day. Nothing is outsourced, so everything you receive reflects my style and attention to detail.
I’m based in Edinburgh, with my heart often in the Highlands.
Travel is a natural part of what I do, and many of my sessions unfold across Scotland’s wild and wonderful landscapes.
For Adventure Sessions and Elopements in Edinburgh, there are no additional travel or accommodation fees – this is home, and I’m always delighted to capture love stories right here.
For other locations across Scotland, travel and accommodation are already included in your Elopement and Adventure Sessions packages, so there are no unexpected costs.

We’re committed to creating a safe, loving space for everyone. No matter who you love, how you love, how you dress, or how you identify — you are truly seen, celebrated, and embraced here.
If your plans change, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
We understand life can be unpredictable. For rescheduling, we charge a 25% fee based on the total cost. If we’re unable to cover your new date ourselves, we’ll usually arrange for a trusted associate shooter – someone I’ve worked closely with before to capture your day, while I handle the editing.
If you’re not comfortable with an associate, or if no trusted shooter is available, and you decide to cancel, a 35% cancellation fee will apply. For clients who have already paid in full, we would refund 15% of the total.
Whatever happens, my goal is to make this as smooth and supportive as possible for you.
Yes, your gallery is hosted through Pic-Time, which includes a thoughtfully designed print shop where you can order albums and fine art prints with ease.
